At Deconstruct, we prioritize your satisfaction and offer a seamless 30-day return window for all eligible retail items. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right with a straightforward refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
